As of today, 1/20/12, they are still fighting for Snoopy's release. According to the Facebook page, the town lawyer is asking the owner to sign away his civil rights or they will kill Snoopy.

Can't do it here at work but will check it out at home. Any dog, attacked by another which is unleashed, deserves my attemtion - especially one named Snoopy.
