When our friends at Mr. Chewy invited us to try one of the Greenies products they carry, I was especially excited to learn of the JointCare variety. While all four of the Lapdogs have enjoyed Greenies dental treats before, I was not aware of JointCare.  I'm always on the look out for treats that aid the joints, especially for Zeus and Lola, so I couldn't wait for them to try these!

JointCare treats are created with Green Lipped Mussels, which contain a unique combination of omega-3 fatty acids.  JointCare treats also contain glucosamine and chrondroitin from the Green Lipped Mussels, as well as chicken cartilage. Additionally, they contain natural sources of amino acids, vitamins and minerals to help promote healthy joints in large dogs of all ages.  JointCare treats are available in two sizes, Small/Medium for dogs 15 - 49 pounds and Large for dogs 50 pounds and over.  We reviewed the Large size.

Designed to be fed on a daily basis, JointCare treats come in a 28 count box, conveniently packaged in 4 sets of individual trays labeled Monday thru Sunday.  I love the genius of the packaging, especially if you are going to feed these on a daily basis - it couldn't be easier!  When fed in this manner, JointCare treats "deliver the building blocks for healhty joints."  Of course, we used up Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday all at once... and all 4 of the Lapdogs couldn't get enough! Based on how quickly they gobbled them up, I have to say the smoke flavor treats definitely get their official 16 Paws Up Seal of Approval!
