{This Moment} See Beautiful: Stop and Smell The Roses

It's been awhile since we've joined the {This Moment} See Beautiful blog hop... but not because we haven't been inspired. We've just been a little distracted and seem to keep forgetting about the second Friday of the month.

As you may know, Penny just turned a year old.  She's already become quite the little star, both on social media and in person.  She has everyone wrapped around her tail everywhere she goes - and she knows it. I think it's in part due to her natural beauty, but even more so, I think her sparkling personality shines through.

Seriously, have you ever seen a dog rock a Valentine's chocolate basket bow like that?

Yes folks, that "very British" headpiece, as someone on Instagram referred to it, was the bow off of my chocolate basket. My girl really has a love of hats/headpieces like no other dog I have ever known. 

Miss Penny has also developed a love of flowers, just like her big angel sister Lola.  She just has to stop and smell the roses... literally!

She sniffed out each and every flower, carefully going from one to the next (can't believe I didn't think to take video)!

 

She kept going back to the tulips, so I think those are her favorite.
