Sophie on Thursday...

In honor of today's Dogs on Thursday post, I present to you... Sophie on Thursday... (well, okay, these photos weren't taken today, and this is her first Thursday as our houseguest, but if the title fits...)

She really loves it too... and can be found sleeping on the couch with it every night! Sometimes even showing support for her new favorite team (sorry to tell her previous Southern foster Mom Jan, but she is the newest Pats fan!)

She really is infatuated with Zeus too! Could it be love? We've gotten in to a routine where she usually goes outside on the leash while Zeus is out on the lead and it seems she looks to him as her personal protector of the great outdoors. If she comes in before him, she'll wait at the front door, then when he comes in, she runs to the top of the stairs so that she can give him a "high five" as he gets to the top (or, she just likes bopping him on the head...) and then follows him around like a shadow... its really sweet & cute! Look her gazing at him...

Before I leave you for today, our kids wanted to let you know how much they love their Pats too... we're going for 7 and 0 this Sunday in Miami and Pats spirit is on in our house!

Lola had a little trouble with Dad's hat, but her spirit is there nonetheless!

Did someone remember the popcorn?

Zeus... well, my dear lovely boy... he was a little confused as to what sport we were talking about... but he loves his Pats just the same! In the meantime, he'll make sure he clears the way for Sophie, protecting her from any scary things outside...
