Why?

I woke up this morning, climbed out of bed, turned on the TV and realized, no, it was not just a bad dream.

I'm still in shock and my heart aches.  A faceless coward attacked my city, the place I call home (I grew up just North of the city and now reside about 35 minutes away).

It wasn't a bad dream...still in shock #boston #beantown #mycity #tooclosetohome #sad

We have a saying in Beantown, don't poke the bear.  While it is intended for the sport we love, I find it a little fitting today. Bostonians are a resilient bunch who don't take too kindly to faceless cowards.  We - Bostonians and our entire nation - will band together once again, and we will prevail

And I love that dirty water... #home #beantown #boston #mycity

I think everyone want to know why. I would like to know how a human can do this and be OK with it.

  2. We are thinking of you all. We pray for the people of Boston. We have Margaret Thatchers' funeral tomorrow and the London marathon on Sunday. We are worried too. Our thought are with your country.
    Best wishes Molly

  3. My prayers are with you and Boston. Such a tragic senseless act. Whomever was involved will be brought to justice. Hugs from Canada! x
