Game Day Check List --- #DogMomsWhoKnit #BlackandWhiteSunday

Happy Super Bowl Sunday. Here's our check list for the day...

We'll be watching the Super Bowl later today, but I admit it's not going to be as fun as usual.  My focus will be on the commercials (please let them be better than last year) and the best pregame show around, the Puppy Bowl!

How about you? Are you watching... perhaps while cuddled up with dogs, some knitting and maybe even an adult beverage?

Enjoy the game.  Here's to the Pats in 2017!

  1. We are torn as to whether to cheer for the Broncos, who knocked out our Pats, or the other guys, who are pretty rough. I'm going to cheer for the puppies.

  2. We did watch the game, but to be honest it was more for the half-time show and an excuse to eat ;)
Being in Canada we don't get to see the commercials that everyone talks about :(

  3. I watched the game with my humans! My mom's team is the Minnesota Vikings and my dad's team is the Denver Broncos! I don't have much faith that the Vikings will make it far, but at least I have the Broncos to fall back on! :)

  4. We watched, or rather my husband watched. I read a book. *shrug* Each to his or her own!

  8. I will definitely have an adult beverage... I snoozed through the first half of the Superbowl only to wake up in time to watch the half time show. I'd love to learn to knit only to make dog sweaters.

  9. I most definitely watched being a life long Bronco fan living in Bronco country! What an exciting game for our region. I also went to SF for the pre-game festivities and to the parade afterwards. You never know when this time will come again!

  10. We didn't like the commercials as much this year as in the past. We missed the Clydesdale horses.

  11. I think knitting would be a great hobby to pick up. I have several family members who knit and I'm always in awe of their skill. It seems like watching football and knitting would go hand in hand since there is a lot of down time between plays and they always show the most interesting parts again.

  12. I was so happy for Peyton Manning and the Broncos for winning the Super Bowl. The Puppy Bowl was more exciting though. LOL!
