Wednesday already? Oh rather, mid-June already? I've been meaning to tell you all about our container garden for a few weeks now... I guess there's no time like the present, right?
As you can see, I had a lot of help planting...
Teutul seems to remember these things make his Mama happy...
Sophie clearly is not impressed...
We'll keep you posted on the Lapdog Container Garden (because, yes, they really do think it's all for them). Enjoy the rest of your day!
I have a black thumb lol
ReplyDeleteWe used to have a container garden but some people here do not have green thumbs (or any other green fingers for that matter). Sigh...
ReplyDeleteCute photos! It does look like you had a lot of help! :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent motto!
ReplyDeleteIs there a special reason it's not for them? Maybe you think dogs don't like tomatoes? Silly Mom. Dogs like what you like. Hope your containers are very fruitful.
ReplyDeleteWe're forbidden from the yard when mom is planting her pots. She knows better than planting in the ground it gets trampled or eaten! Love Dolly
ReplyDeleteMr. N would also be severely tempted to pee on it lol. We tried doing a community garden once but it didn't fare well.
ReplyDeleteLovely little garden!
ReplyDeleteI can't get over how cute the little fire hydrant is. Happy gardening!
ReplyDeleteThat is a really impressive container garden your mom put together! We gave up on trying to garden last year since ours never does well - We just don't have enough sun in our yard! I hope you have a great harvest from yours!
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of a container garden! We've attempted raised beds before, which had some success, but this might be something else to consider too! Thanks for sharing your photos and for this idea! I hope to hear of how things "grow" from this point on :)
ReplyDeleteContainer gardens are the best because they are sort of a cute, mini garden! Oh no - peeing on plants? Hee hee hee!
ReplyDeleteWe have container tomatoes. They have done great for the last couple of years. It helps to stop them from growing out of control but they still produce fruit.
ReplyDeleteI used to have a huge garden and miss it so much. We’ve been trying container gardening for the last few years with mixed results. Of course, Piper loves to eat the violas when they bloom ;-)
ReplyDeleteMom just has a couple pots of plants this year. It's so hot that they're cooking.
