Start Your Engines #BlackAndWhiteSunday

Happy Sunday-Fun-Day! If you've been following us for awhile, you probably know how much Penny loves going to her Daddy's races. After all, she pretty much grew up at the race track last summer. She was only here for a week before she hit the ground running - with both travel and being at the race track - at the ripe 'ole age of 10 weeks.

Here she is at her "home track," New Hampshire Motor Speedway...

My little social butterfly loves nothing more than visiting with all of her fans and race peeps at the track. This past weekend was the 93rd Annual Loudon Classic at NHMS, one of the bigger event weekends for us when it comes to fans, and fanfare. Although it was too hot to walk around as much as we would like, Penny was in her happy place.

The photos on the left are from last year's Loudon Classic weekend, and the right are from last weekend.  My little race-loving dobe girl sure has grown up.

  6. That is fantastic - a cheerleader! I'm surprised the noise of the engines doesn't bother her.

  7. Even though Mom Paula lives within an hour from Darlington and 2 hours from Charlotte, she's never been to a NASCAR race.

  8. How fun to have a family event that you can enjoy with your dog!! She just looks as happy as can be, and just like she's in her element! I'm so impressed that she does well with all of the noise that a racetrace provides! Well done!!
