So apparently, September 7 is National Beer Lover's Day. Nope, we didn't know either. Fortunately Teutul and Penny were ready (and yes, one is a hard cider... we're in a festive fall mood).
Who knew? I'm going to have to go and have myself a craft brew at my favorite place after work today! (My cats hate the smell of beer, so I think I'll avoid having one at home.)
Ok, in that case ... I'm heading to the beer store right now. I can't be out of beer on national beer day. Will take my dog in the car with me to make it officially a 'dog-friendly' event.
Adorable pictures! My son in law set up a home-brew system in their basement, and he made all of the beer for their wedding last year. So I'm sure he celebrated!

ReplyDeletereally? who knew! Guess we'll have to find a fun new micro brew to try tonight!

ReplyDeleteGot to make sure that we celebrate appropriately... Just like the pups.

I didn't know that there was a National Beer Day! I think I'll celebrate with a cider, close enough, right?
ReplyDeleteWho knew? I'm not a beer fan (admittedly, I think it tastes like piss :p), but I love these random national days.
ReplyDeleteI would have never known - beer is too bitter for me, so I know nothing about it. Tell Penny it will mess up her waistline! LOL
ReplyDeleteInteresting! I never knew that there was a national beer lover's day. I'll have to celebrate tomorrow with a beer. :)
