When it comes time to rest, there are just a few things we need... peace, quite, and a comfortable spot. Our dogs are no different.

While they do surprise us, falling asleep in some of the oddest positions and places, every dog deserves to have his or her own comfortable bed.

Disclosure: TrustyPup sent a dog bed to Lapdog Creations, free of charge, for review purposes. If you haven't shopped for a new dog bed in some time, you may not realize just how many options there are these days. Sure, you can still get those popcorn or polyester fill stuffed ones, but why not treat your favorite pup to a memory foam bed.

I know what you're thinking... memory foam for my dog? That sounds luxurious and expensive.

Sure, it's luxurious, but it is also affordable thanks to TrustyPup, a company committed to offering superior comfort to dog's of all shapes, sizes and ages.

The Lapdogs were given the opportunity to try out a TrustyPup Comfort Oasis Memory Foam bed and happily obliged in a little R 'n R. After all, it's not often that the are asked to sleep on the job.

The Comfort Oasis bed, which is part of TrustyPup's "rejuvenate" line, is made with Memory Mix cushion which provides therapeutic benefits by evenly distributing weight to recuperate tired, aching muscles and help relieve joint pain.

The Lapdogs love it - especially Penny and Teutul. I think Tut enjoys the rejuvenation benefits, while Penny just loves that the bed is her size.

I love the way the bed looks. It's very sleek and easily fits into any home décor. The cover is machine washable, which makes it easy to keep clean as well. Plus, at a suggested retail price of just $34.78, it's not only affordable, it's a steal!

Jensen would love to have one of these beds. He currently sleeps on our bed, the chair or the floor.

  2. Since Fudge had his stroke, we encourage him to sleep on a bed instead of the floor. The one he currently uses is old and doesn't have the support he needs. He has lots of aches and pains now and need a new bed to help him get a good rest.

  16. Our dog's bed is missing its labels, so I don't know what kind it is, but it is definitely time for a new one. Memory foam would be wonderful for their aging joints.

  17. my dogs sleep with me. however, they do have several dog beds. i have a very big orthopedic bed that i brought for my oldest dog but the 2 younger girls took over it. the oldest has a big orthopedic bed, but not as think as the other one. she also has 2 other beds all in a row. so she can decide where she likes to flop down. she does not sleep with me anymore because of her dementia, and other health problems. she gets scared being up high now and i get scared because she could fall off the bed. she is also almost blind. so she sleeps at the edge of my bed so i can keep an eye on her.
