So Much to Be Thankful For

Thursday, already? Holy crap this week is flying by. I could tell you that I had a review planned for today, but you probably don't want to hear about that until I actually post the review, right?

Needless to say, things are a bit busy around here. After all, racing season has begun and I'm chasing after a 3 month old who's go-go-go switch is now mostly in the on position, although she still loves to snuggle up for naps...

As busy as busy can be, I certainly have a lot to be thankful for these days -- even if it means ripping my hair out trying to get a nice photo winding up with 101 blurry action photos. Sure, I can ask them all to sit still and look at the camera for more than 30 seconds, but that little 3 month old just doesn't quite get it yet. 

We're getting there... just need the focus to be a little crisper, and the color a bit better (yes, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to getting the shot).

I know that one day Miss Penny will pose just as nicely as her big angel sister and brother did...

I also have high hopes of her becoming a fabulous hand-knit model as well...

Did you see how easily I transitioned from Thankful Thursday right into Throwback Thursday there? Damn, I'm good. Now, if I could just get those reviews written and posted (or in two cases, get the proper photos taken)...

Dreaming of Green Grass

Happy First Day of Spring!  This is what we woke up to...

We're dreaming of this...

Ok, well maybe it's only me who's dreaming of baby otters (seriously... Did you know the Australia Zoo does Otter Encounters?!?!  It's on my bucket list for sure!), but I think everyone would like to see some sunshine, warm temps (note: I did not say hot!), and green grass.  In honor of our dreams and Throwback Thursday....
