Continuing to ask WHY
I'm writing this post as the crazy events of this manhunt continue to put Boston in an all-out lock down. I woke up this morning to the news of suspect #1 being dead, #2 on the loose, an MIT officer deal, an MBTA critically wounded, and a "shelter in place" order in Boston. Throughout the day the ordeal has continued... it's even being broadcast live on the majority of our area radio stations. As more and more details are released, I just can't help but continue to ask WHY?

We say why too? We send love and hugs to the people of Boston. We lived through the IRA here and we know London refused to be intimidated and we hope the people of Boston stay strong. Ditto to the folk of Waco.
Best wishes Molly
I've run Boston four times. And supported once. This is personal. So very sad.
Even being here in the midwest I'm feeling drained by all this. Have been glued to the TV all day waiting for something, but don't know what.
I'm not politically correct, OK? But you probably guessed that already. Since these brothers are Chechnyan refugees, I suspect they're going to turn out to be Muslims and thinking they're making a strike at the "enemy" - everyone else - by doing this. It's just infuriating, intermixed with the sad.
Oh, and you're welcome to delete my comment, so no one attacks you for letting me be politically incorrect.
