REVIEW: Sojos Good Dog Treats

I know I don't need to tell you how much the Lapdogs love seeing a Chewy box show up on our doorstep... and as a matter of fact, no, they have not met one they don't like yet. This month, in addition to the American Journey products we got to sample, the Lapdogs received a box of Sojos Good Dog Treats to try.

I've seen Sojos colorful boxes in the past, and always thought they looked quite interesting... but because the treats were so small in size, I never grabbed a box. So when Chewy offered them as one of July's choices, I jumped at the chance to give them a try. While they are intended for small dogs, I thought they would make another great training treat option for Penny. Plus, the flavors were so intriguing - Chicken Pot Pie, Blueberry Cobbler, Apple Dumpling, Peanut Butter & Jelly - that I needed my dogs to try these (because if they didn't, I sure would)!

 

While the Lapdogs surely would have gobbled up any of the flavors, I chose Blueberry Cobbler for them.  As a crazy dog Mama, I appreciate that they are made with all natural, human-grade ingredients (oat flour, rolled oats, blueberries, canola oil, vanilla, eggs and honey). But even more so, I appreciate that the ingredient list literally reads like Grandma's cobbler recipe!   
 

Good Dog Treats are 100% natural and Made in the USA with no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.  The tiny oven-baked, bone-shaped bites are also free of wheat and corn, making them a great option for many allergy prone dogs. 

As noted above, Good Dog Treats are meant for small dogs, but that doesn't mean the big dogs can't enjoy them just the same.... just don't be surprised if your non-pint-sized pup drools while begging for more! But whatever you do, please help me keep the secret... no one tell the Lapdogs that Good Dog Treats weren't made just for them!  You wouldn't ruin this girl's excitement, now would you?
