Pumpkin Patch Up Is a Match-Up!

Disclosure: Chewy sent a box of Weruva Pumpkin Patch Up! to Lapdog Creations, free of charge, for review purposes. I was not compensated for this review and all opinions expressed are my own.

Oops, it looks like we're a little late on telling you about the second goody from our friends at Chewy for October.  Tut was wondering if you've all been on the edge of your seat waiting to find out just what it was...

For those of you who were, it's the Weruva Pumpkin Patch Up! supplement for dogs and cats and the Lapdogs give it a big paws up, as does their Mama!

I've used canned pumpkin as a supplement in my dog's food in the past, so when I saw Weruva offered Pumpkin Patch Up!, I knew we had to try it.  After all, it's dubbed "The Happy Belly Maker" and happy doggy bellies make a happy doggy Mama!

Not to mention, the Lapdogs take after me in their love of all things pumpkin.  Which is a good thing, considering the many great health benefits pumpkin offers.  Whether used to aid in digestion, promote urinary health, or assist in weight loss, pumpkin is an all-star!

One of the things I love most about Pumpkin Patch Up! is how convenient the single-serve pouches are.  In the past, I've always had to open up a can (whether it was labeled for humans or dogs) and would need to use it all before it went bad in the fridge.  While it isn't a huge issue in a multi-dog household, I can see it being a bigger issue for single-pet homes.

Plus, the Weruva pouches are perfect for traveling, hiking, camping, etc. You can quite literally toss a pouch or two anywhere and have easy access to a healthy treat or food supplement.

My dogs are fickle about pumpkin. They don't like the canned stuff at all but will eat raw chunks cut from a fresh pumpkin. I don't know how they'd react to this. I usually go with sweet potato instead.

Oh, this definitely sounds like something that Pierre could use for his belly rumbles! We are always trying things to sooth his noisy belly! Thanks for telling us about it. ♥

Thanks for the reminder! I've been meaning to try something like that - because it comes with such nutritional value. I will have to look that one up.
