Each year on Christmas Eve, we fill the doggy toy box with a variety of new toys. On Christmas morning we open the box and each dog can pick out his or her own toy or toys. It's total chaos and so much fun for two and four footed participants.

We enjoy being able to spend lots of quality time with the dogs around the holidays along with traveling to family members who don't see the dogs often.

My favorite tradition when it comes to the holidays and my pets is going shopping for special treats/toys for all of them to put in their respective stockings!

Artie and I attend the Jingle Bell Dog Walk fundraiser each year. This supports a local shelter in our area.

The only holiday we have a tradition for is their personal holiday -- their birthday! They each get a half a bagel with peanut butter. Yum.

I think the most precious memory I have is being in the Domestic Violence Shelter with Baby R.I.P. and they allowed her to join in the Christmas celebration and the Santa Claus hugged her whispering you are free now - welcome to freedom

This year was my cat's first time around a Christmas tree and she had fun trying to knock down the ornaments.

Our Christmas is always filled with lots of cuddling and snuggling. I always make sure Penny enjoys a warm, special Christmas dinner with us. And of course, she gets many new toys in her stocking, which she gets so excited over.

This will be our first Christmas with our two pets so we are planning on making it special. We visited Santa and got pictures. And on Christmas Eve they will be getting dinners while we watch Christmas movies.
