On Behalf of My Mom...

My Mom wanted to thank the Manch Vegas girls who sent her this lovely Get Well Yarn Boquet! Isn't this such a cool idea for the knitter in your life?!?! Since Mom doesn't knit socks, they included a copy of the Opera Scarf pattern to go with this beaufitul yarn.

Speaking of not knitting socks.... Mom also wanted to use some of Heather's beautiful handpainted Sereknity yarns for baby sweaters and had her dye up some special order in a worsted weight. The result? Isn't it gorgeous? This one is Pixie Dust. Mom's now working on another baby sweater from the other colorway she got, which I believe was Carousel...

As you can see, Mom is happy to be home, knitting away and doing much better. She still has the visting nurse come by, but things are healing quite nicely. Thank you again to everyone who's kept her in your thoughts - it really has meant the world to us!
