I don't know about you, but I'm really over all this rain we've had the past two weeks. Thankfully, we've managed to avoid being hit by the major thunderstorms, but even the booms in the distance have upset the dogs. It's been a very humid, wet, muddy mess! And, I'm sure anyone with dogs will agree when I say, mud sucks! However, I've just discovered that sometimes mud is kinda cool...
Look at that! A perfect big 'ole Zeus paw in the mud! Matt discovered the big guy's artwork and I immediately ran out to look, camera in hand of course. And yes, there was more than one...
Apparently, my boy likes to stroll in the mud.... when he's not lounging in the driveway or on the porch, that is. (please Zeus, don't lounge in the mud)
Does anyone else find it ironic that as I finish typing this post, it begins pouring out? Hopefully there's no boomers and light show with this one...

That's a great print. I could do without mud. We got the straw down in the yard before the big storms came so I avoided the muddy floors. I do pick up a lot of straw on the carpet though.
Love those paw tracks! Definitely art :-)
Hope the rain stops soon. We don't like mud much either. Have a marvellous Monday.
Best wishes Molly
Here's a good chance to work on your tracking skills :) We've had storms every day for the last week so mud we know aobut
looks like a job for PAWTIZER :))
Oddly, baby Brutus does not appear to be bothered by thunder. And we've had it at least once a day for the past 10 days or so. And I've been fortunate that there have been times without rain when we could hustle the little dummy outside, so he didn't have to have an umbrella held over him as he exited the porch. Talk about spoiled!
Cool cool paw print.
Blessings,
Goose
Love those beautiful paw prints! We're starting to get some thunderstorm activity from the monsoon, but we've only had a trace amount of rain so far. Hopefully more soon, because it is very dry here.
