If there are any NASCAR fans out there, you may remember that Gerard's (aka Jerry Sr) son Jerry was in a bad practice crash at Richmond, VA in May 2003 where he suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Jerry's recovery has been nothing but amazing - this is truly a family who knows how to win the "race" of life... and we can only hope Jerry Sr. wins this battle too!
