You would have been 16 today... and not a moment goes by that I don't think of you and your sister. I hope you are both happily romping over the Bridge, lounging in the sun and eating all the cake you want.

Can you believe it? The youngest Lapdog is turning 2 today!

Happy Birthday Penny!

On one hand, it seems like we were just celebrating her first birthday - and on the other, it seems like she's been a part of our family forever.

The once 8.5 lb bundle that landed at our house is now teetering around 50 lbs and continues to bring us nothing but joy and happiness.

Penny is such a happy-go-lucky, easy-going girl, just like her big angel sister Lola (which is probably why it seems like she's been around for so long). She's happy to go on an adventure and will chase a ball for hours, but still loves to crawl up and cuddle with her humans.

Sunday, already? We're not quite sure how that happened, but let's make the most of it!

Penny is wondering where all the white stuff went. She much prefers a romp in the snow over sloshing through the mud any day... and I can't say that I blame her.
