One of my biggest fears as a pet parent has always been losing one of my dogs. Whether we're in our own yard or off on an adventure, I always make sure collars and leashes are secure and that I'm well aware of our surroundings. My dogs aren't even off leash in our own driveway.
A little over-protective? Maybe. But I wouldn't have it any other way. In fact, my dogs really should have one of those "Call Mom Before She Freaks Out" tags. I am that dog Mom.
I swear I just told you about starting our container garden and now we're nearing the end of July... how did that happen? As they say, "better late than never," so let's catch up on this gardening business.
Before I tell you a little more about my container garden, I want to be very clear about a few things.

I don't think it's the pool she's missing, however. All three of the Lapdogs seem to be land sharks (although I still have hope for Penny). I couldn't even entice them to get into their pool with Nemo and peanut butter cookies.
Some say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and many folks love to turn typical morning-time food into dinner. After all, who doesn't love eggs, bacon, and waffles? I know I do, and so do the Lapdogs.
While Penny seems to think that a slice of a bacon a day keeps the doctor away, we humans know that's just not the case. But now, thanks to Hill's, breakfast has literally gone to the dogs - and it's good for them!
