My Big Boy is 12 Today!

I can't believe my baby boy is 12 years old today... where oh where does the time fly so fast? 

Happy Birthday Zeus!

Of course we have cake, "peanut butter cups" (the lady who makes the cakes also makes fancy little carob and peanut butter doggy cups that I couldn't resist -- after all, how often do you turn 12?), and a new bone to celebrate with tonight.

Now it's time for our annual photo recap... Of course, I may be biased, but I think he's quite handsome.

He's definitely a big ham...

 

He's always enjoyed the snow, even when we have to measure it in feet...

Yes, Zeus really does think he's a 108 pound Lapdog (shhh! don't tell his Daddy I posted this picture), and just look at those feet!

My big cuddly-wuddly... two of my favorite Instagram shots!  He steals my NAP (from Brookstone) blanket and pillows on a daily basis...

 

He plays the big brother role quite nicely...

 

He's a great big foster brother too.  All of our fosters seem to really take to Zeus... maybe because he moves a lot slower than the rest of the Lapdogs!

 

Zeus loves life and I love that smile!

He's a hard worker when it comes to doing reviews for the blog!

Two of his most favorite things in the whole wide world?  Going for a R-I-D-E and hanging out on the back porch...

My boy sure knows how to celebrate... he's been a booze hound all his life and now he gets to live it up with some Brew Buddies treats (yes, we'll have a review posted shortly)!  We hope you'll celebrate with us today... it's double-pawed time, and make sure to keep smiling!
