Cold and wind, not so much.
I call this little video "Penny vs The Wind."
Yes ma'am, the wind scared my 10 month old Doberman mix. You know, the breed that some folks seem to think are so tough and scary... ha!
But back to the white stuff, which she does indeed love very, very much.
She loves eating it... zipping in it... wrestling with her brother in it... palling around with her sister in it...
I'm thankful my Southern Belle is turning out to be a snow bunny. While we had a tropical Christmas and springy-New Year, winter has finally arrived here in New England and the snow has begun to accumulate.
We thought we were going to get nailed with a Nor'Easter this weekend, but it seems to be fizzling out for our area (to our friends in Baltimore and DC... be sure to get out and get your bread and milk now, and stay safe this weekend).
Penny has yet to see a true New England winter storm, but I'm sure it won't be long...

We got about an inch overnight but it's really cold and nobody wants to go outside. Besides, an inch isn't enough for all nine to do zoomies and roll around.
Brrr I was cold just watching her....lol.
The video of Penny is so cute! Haley is so funny when she's trying to locate her pooping spot in the snow. She looks around with a lost look on her face, kind of like us when we're trying to locate a public restroom, I guess. Haha!
I'm glad you guys are missing the heart of the snowstorm!
We think that looks way to cold to be fun.
As I sit by the fireplace I realize watching the cold white fluffy stuff is what I like to do. MOL! Have fun in that cold white fluffy stuff.
Winter is definitely here despite it's slow start. We're safe here in Connecticut from that storm. Good thing because I don't really feel like dealing with a blizzard, but I'd be happy to get 8 or so inches of snow for the dogs to romp around in for a few days.
That wind sounds so cold but the snow is beautiful.
That's a great picture. Penny sure is funny in the snow. I hope you guys get the whole 1" of snow that we got, not the massive blizzard that Shannon and Jeff are getting 120 miles south of me!
Your video is adorable, Penny is such a cutie! I don't blame her for being spooked by the wind, it was loud! I'm so glad she's having fun playing in the white stuff with her siblings.
