What does May's arrival mean for your family? For us, it means race season is well underway and our weekends are more than a little busy.
As I was trying to choose a photo for this month's calendar, I kept thinking back to an old favorite of Zeus. He was just a pup hanging out at the race track, looking extra cute lying next to his Daddy's helmet. It's been a favorite shot of ours for years and seemed more than fitting for a May calendar.
While my big guy has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, his zest for life lives on and I hope that big 'ole happy grin of his helps you to smile a little more this month.
Speaking of smiling, May sure does have a lot to celebrate! Not only is it National Pet Month in the US, but May 7 - 13 is National Pet Week. We are also looking forward to Mother's Day (for both human and pet Moms, of course), Memorial Day (the official kick-off of summer BBQ season), and Penny's Gotcha Day.

As always, you can use our calendars on your desktop or print them for your planner, bulletin board, fridge, etc. I print one and place it in the front of my Plum Planner.

Usually May is my favorite month, but this year it means floods and thunder and sick dogs. Maybe the second half of the month will improve.
I love the month of May! So much to look forward to, warmer sunnier days, travelling and getting back outside to my garden!
May is my favourite month because it is my birthday (me being Sonja not Monte - he is in June) ... I consider it my birthday MONTH! plus tulip festival!!
