REVIEW: Tricky TrisKuts Chews & Treats

Tricky TrisKuts Chews & Treats

Where to Find: Tricky TrisKuts Bakery

As you know, the Lapdogs really love it when we find tasty new treats... and I really love it when we find healthy new treats that are Made in the USA.  I love it even more when they are made right here in New Hampshire, which is the case with these chews and treats from Tricky TrisKuts Bakery

Tricky TrisKuts Bakery is the home of Chomper's Choice treats and chews. These goodies are baked fresh to order, using only natural ingredients and no preservatives. Everything is gluten free, gmo free and chemical additive free.

TrickyTriskuts_TutLola_12713Chomper's Choice treats are billed as "Good enough for you, baked for your dog."  Judging by the Lapdogs reaction to them, I would guess this is a true statement... but no, I'm not going to try one to find out. These bone-shaped cookies are available in 6 flavors: Buffalo, Peanut Butter, Chicken Liver, Sweet Potato, Venison & Potato and Duck & Potato.  We received the Sweet Potato and Chicken Liver flavors to try... both of which were happily chomped down in seconds!  I think it's safe to say Chomper's Choice cookies will be in regular rotation at our house.  They're a nice size treat, although I think the Lapdogs would love to see the Tricky TrisKuts folks make some super-sized (aka big Zeus-dog sized) bones!

We also received some fabulous Chomper's Chews and Chomper's O-Boyz to try.  I don't use rawhide in our our house, so I'm always looking for healthy, alternative chews and boy do these hit the mark!

As you can see, Lola just could not wait to get her chompers into them!

Chomper's Chews are available in 5 flavors: Mint with Carrot and Lamb (heart shaped and regular), Buffalo Liver, Chicken Liver, Venison and Duck.  The Lapdogs happily tested the Chicken Liver and Duck varieties, as well as the Chomper's O-Boyz, which are a ring shaped version of the Chicken Liver chews.  Telling you that all 4 Lapdogs enjoyed these chews would be one of the biggest understatements of the year... they are begging for more!

TrickyTriskuts_Tut_12713croppedChomper's Choice treats and chews have received the Official 16 Paws Up Seal of Approval!  Not only will this picky doggy Mama be buying them for our pack, I'll also be buying them to share with our other doggy friends for birthdays & holidays!  It's wonderful to have a great, locally made, affordable option to share with so many of our doggy friends who have food allergies and gluten issues.  There's something for even those with chicken or beef allergies, however so far I don't see any rabbit or fish varieties.  Hopefully that's something the folks at Tricky TrisKuts are working on for the future!  Additionally, the chews and treats are "proudly packaged in our bakery by Americans with disabilities."  Kudos!

Check out Tricky TrisKuts Bakery and all they have to offer.  In addition to these delicious treats and chews we've told you about, they also make a line of skin products called Natural Pet Solutions, which we hope to be telling you more about in the near future.  Now, if I can just get Lola to stop staring at the packages......
Disclosure: Tricky TrisKuts Bakery sent samples of their dog chews and treats to Lapdog Creations, free of charge for review purposes. I was not compensated for this review and all opinions expressed are my own.

It's always fun to find a new treat, and I love to support the smaller businesses. I hope they're truly Sissy-friendly in the flavors she could try... I'll have to contact them.
