Brady out for season
The Patriots issued the following statement: "After extensive tests this morning, it was revealed that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's left knee, which was injured in the first quarter of yesterday's game, will require surgery. He will be placed on injured reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2008 season."
Happier days...
In Charlotte last year...
Boston fans are tough... hopefully we can get thru this one........ and pretty soon it'll be hockey season..... let's go Bruins!

Wow, another Hockey fan!! I haven't met another one since we moved here. I bought a 65 inch TV to watch the Stanley Cups a couple years ago. Makes me feel like I'm at the rink.
I'm sorry about Brady....hugs. I had to suffer through a rough season after McNabb had his knee injury. He wasn't 100%. Its better if the qb has that type of injury at the beginning of a season. Brady'll have the reconstructive surgery and be 100% healed and ready to play next year.
Too bad about Brady...oh well, even without him, they still beat the Chiefs (although I think I could put together a bunch of out-of-shape women friends and beat the Chiefs!).
I agree we're tough. Still comatose I think...
