My girl would also be trying to get the icy stick out of the icy ground.
I love the last picture, she looks like she's thinking "I'm cold, you're here to fix it, so FIX IT!"

Those are some pretty photos... too bad something so pretty has to be so damaging...
Lola is the smart one - checking things out from inside the warm (or not so warm, really) house. I still can't imagine going that long without power. Ugh!
