Ten on Tuesday

I hope everyone had a great long weekend!  Although mine was 4 days, I really could have used another.  Hopefully I'll have some fun photos to share from the weekend soon.  In the meantime, today's Ten on Tuesday topic is 10 Things to Do Before the End of Summer.

1. Finish some Baby Knits - the babies are arriving far quicker than I can get anything finished these days!

2. Enjoy the last of the Fresh Corn - the corn from our local farms has been fantastic this year and it's perfect on the grill

3. Get to the Farmers Market - at least a few more times, for the last of that corn and other summer produce

4. Organize Clothing - get rid of the stuff I don't wear (donate to Goodwill), get things hung up and put away

5. Organize the Yarn Stash - yay, I know... who am I kidding?  This ain't gonna happen before fall!

6. Finish my Mitts - these ones, in oh-so-soft alpaca... I need to finish the second one before fall comes

7. Get going on those Christmas Knits - every year I say I'll have several gifts completed by the end of summer and every year, summer ends and I have nothing finished, then all of a sudden this is here...

8. Regain Control of the Sunroom - do you see a trend here in the organizational / clean up needs at my house? :)

9. Go See a Movie - in an air conditioned theater... I haven't been to the movies all summer!

10. Welcome Fall! -it's my favorite time of year...
