Lola "What's that Mom? I really can't hear you all the way over here... and I don't see you because the sun in shining in my face... guess I can stay out longer."
Teutul "What?? No comprende English!!!"
I am happy to report that Shelby (formerly Lilah) is doing very well in her new home! She's got her elder doggy sisters running rampid and for the most part, they're keeping up with her. Remember the gorgeous snuggle she picked out from the stash Gigi donated? Well, Miss Lola had to "try it out" herself... what do you think of my little old lady?
Fortunately, Shelby came to her rescue and showed her a better wear to "wear" it....
I wanted to help spread the word that a fellow DOT regular, Natalie over at Bark 'n Knit is in need of your cast off yarn & needles... can you help? I'm going to put together a box of goodies to send off to her in the next few days.
Enjoy your Thursday and I'll leave you with some more New England fall eye candy...

Yup, the cooler weather is definitely puppy weather. They all look so happy. And I'm glad Shelby is doing well. It's so hard to let them go, isn't it?
the little old lady :-)) she's a ham
Yep mine are a little distracted too. The squirrels in the backyard are just driving them nuts
Your pups look like they enjoy wearing the latest fashions!
I'm glad my babies aren't the only ones with selective hearing. LOL.
Happy dogs. Mine have the same hearing problem. My solution is to sprinkle the word "cookie" into unrelated sentences so they will pay attention.. Oh look at the pretty leaves cookie turning colors...move the chair cookie into the shade.
I love dthe post below this one too about the sheep, donkies and alpachas!
